LTX launches Reframe, a video outpainting API powered by LTX-2.3 that expands master videos up to 60 seconds into four aspect ratios without cropping.

LTX is launching a video reframing API, Reframe, which takes the reformatting problem and turns it on its head. Where most tools crop, shrink, or reinvent the image to fit a new aspect ratio, this one leaves the original frame intact and generates only what lies beyond the edges, using outpainting.

The concept: a master video is expanded to the desired format without losing a single pixel of the original content. The publisher has announced support for the full duration of the source, up to sixty seconds, native 1080p output, and four aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5), covering the formats expected by the major platforms. The service is powered by LTX-2.3, the proprietary video model, and is accessed via a dedicated playground in the publisher's console.

The intended use case is versioning: a single master reframed once for each placement, rather than a re-edit for every format. The processing remains spatial, expanding the image without altering the timeline or the soundtrack.
