The AI vector gains its control handles
Recraft Studio integrates Vector Editor, allowing users to edit anchor points, Bézier curves, and path fills directly on the platform before SVG export.
Retouching an AI-generated vector point by point without going back to Illustrator or Figma: this is what the Vector Editor, now integrated into Recraft Studio, allows. The tool adds a layer of manual editing on top of the generated outputs, whether they come from a prompt or a vectorization. Anchor points move, Bézier curve tangent handles adjust, and path fills and strokes can be modified directly on the platform before SVG export.
Until now, Recraft covered generation and fairly general editing (palette recoloring, simplification, AI-powered element removal), but precise, point-by-point finishing required using a third-party editor. This fine-tuning can now be done in the same environment, which streamlines the back-and-forth between generation and correction for icons, logos, illustrations, or brand systems.
