OpenArt integrates a Projects & Folders system
OpenArt launches a Projects & Folders system to organize AI images, videos, characters, and assets directly in its interface on openart.ai.
OpenArt is directly integrating into its platform a Projects & Folders system designed to structure the production of generated images, videos, characters, and assets. Until now, creations accumulated in the history or in a single gallery, without hierarchy. Each generation can now be organized into a project (by client, by campaign, by visual direction) then subdivided into thematic folders, with the entire set remaining accessible without downloading or re-uploading.
The interface is structured around a sidebar that displays the active project, a CREATE menu grouping the Image, Video, Character, World, and Audio modes, and an ASSETS section separating characters and worlds on one side, and media on the other. The central area presents folders as cards with a preview and the number of associated assets, complemented by a Create New Folder button and All Folders, Labels, and Templates filters. The functionality remains similar to a classic file manager, adapted to generative outputs.
The feature is active immediately for all users on openart.ai and in the OpenArt suite, without manual update. The help center currently remains aligned with the previous system called "Albums," with the editor inviting users to refer to the presentation video for initial familiarization.
