Motion goes into General Availability and connects to GitHub and Notion

Mosaic launches Motion video agent into general availability, adding GitHub and Notion connectors to turn code commits and database pages into summary videos.

Developed by Mosaic, the Motion video agent is opening its public access and is enhanced with connectors for GitHub and Notion. It operates on a prompt-based model: you provide it with text accompanied by links, 𝕏 threads, videos, or references, and it conducts the research, composes a storyboard, then generates a complete video, whether it's an explainer, a launch video, a logo animation, or motion design added to an existing video. The output can then be edited directly: resizing, drag and drop, element modification, or iteration via chat.

Today's new feature concerns these connectors. Once GitHub and Notion are connected, Motion can draw from a team's data—code-side commits and tickets, Notion-side pages and databases—to transform them into video. The example highlighted: a query such as 'summarize everything the team delivered last week' returns not text, but a summary video. Motion is available at motion.so.
