Market Updates, Guided Tours, Property Spotlights... All With Your Avatar, No Filming Required

HeyGen adapts its video generator for real estate with personalized avatars, property tours, and formats designed specifically for agents.

HeyGen is adapting its video generator to a specific profession with a version designed for real estate professionals. The service turns an agent’s face, voice, and provided information into videos for social media and property listings, without requiring a new shoot for every post.

The offering currently centers on three formats: regular local market updates, guided property tours, and short listing spotlights. After an initial recording of about 15 seconds used to create the user’s avatar and voice, agents can provide their own information or start from a script generated by HeyGen.

Videos can incorporate existing photos and footage of a property while the avatar handles the presentation. The finished content can then be adapted for Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. HeyGen also offers White Glove, a service in which its team directly assists with content preparation and production, currently available only to users in the United States.

This real estate version builds on the avatar models already available on the platform, with recorded consent required to create a digital identity. HeyGen says only the owner of that identity can then use their face and voice in generations associated with the account.

Real estate is therefore the first industry for which HeyGen has built an experience specifically organized around the formats, use cases, and constraints of a profession, rather than simply providing access to its general-purpose video generator.
