Manus now connects multiple Gmail and Google Calendar accounts
Manus connects multiple Gmail and Google Calendar accounts to let its AI agent cross-reference data and execute actions from different mailboxes in one task.
Manus lifts a limit on Google account access: its agent can now connect multiple Gmail and Google Calendar accounts (professional, personal, client, team, or project) and utilize them within a single task or Manus Project. Until now, usage was limited to a single Google account at a time, the one linked to the Manus account for Team users.
The principle: relevant mailboxes and calendars are gathered within the task for context, then the account from which Manus will act when drafting an email, sending it, or creating an event is designated. Control remains with the user, both over the connected accounts and the one executing the final action.
Specifically, the agent can cross-reference a professional calendar and a personal calendar to find a slot and reply from the professional mailbox, review a client's inbox to prepare for follow-up from the desired account, or feed a recurring scheduled task with the accounts it needs.
