[I/O 2026] Stitch moves to real-time design with its agent
Google Labs updates its Stitch design tool with Stitch Agent, enabling real-time vibe design with exports to Google Antigravity and Netlify.
Google Labs is evolving Stitch, its design tool, towards a real-time approach dubbed vibe design. Users work in tandem with the Stitch Agent, which generates, distributes, and adjusts iterations on the fly.
The starting point remains flexible: a text prompt, voice, or the import of existing code and design files. Users describe what they want, in writing or verbally, and the tool builds and reorganizes ideas throughout the exchange. Once the mockup is ready, a shareable link is created via Google AI Studio. For production, screens can be exported to Google Antigravity to integrate back-end logic, or published directly to the Web using Netlify.
These new features are now available to users worldwide.
