Higgsfield AI arrives in Premiere Pro and After Effects via five plugins

Higgsfield AI launches five video generation and editing plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, offering timeline-native tools from $15 a month.

Higgsfield AI now brings its features directly into Adobe. Five plugins, combined in a single installer, are added to Premiere Pro and After Effects as a single panel.

The first module generates videos, images, and transitions from a natural language description, with the result placed directly into the timeline without requiring an export. Reframe crops a shot to 9:16, 16:9, 1:1, or 21:9, automatically following the subject. Remove Background removes the background from a video without a green screen, handling even fine contours like hair. Draw to Edit is based on inpainting: you draw on the image to delete, add, or retouch an element. A final tool upscales a shot to 4K or 8K with detail recovery, where a simple sharpness enhancement would stop.

The entire suite runs live in the timeline, without leaving Adobe. Installation is done via the publisher's website, on macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) as well as Windows 10 and 11, with Premiere Pro or After Effects version 2024 or later. Since processing occurs on Higgsfield's servers, a permanent connection is required.

The plugins draw from the same credits as the web version and require a subscription, from the Starter tier (approximately $15 per month) to the Ultra tier (approximately $99 per month). Registration is free, with some initial credits.
