Gamma structures its community with the Gambassador Council and releases a documentary.
Gamma launches the Gambassador Council for product co-development and releases Gamma Everywhere, a documentary series highlighting its global user community.
Gamma, which offers an AI-powered suite for generating presentations, websites, and documents, is formalizing its community strategy through two initiatives. The first is called Gambassador Council, an invitation-only circle of users selected from among the platform's most active members. This group is involved in product decisions, feature direction, and the scheduling of brand events. In return, its members receive editorial visibility (spotlights, speaking opportunities, co-promotion) and access to a network of peers identified as international power users.
The second initiative is documentary in nature. Gamma is releasing the first episode of a series titled Gamma Everywhere, which chronicles a tour undertaken by its teams in Seoul, London, and São Paulo. The format is a mini-documentary focused on meeting local users. The publisher states that over 80% of its user base is located outside the United States, which motivates this series of trips and the resulting content.
Both announcements reflect a deliberate marketing strategy: the platform relies on its community for both product co-development and visibility, in a sector where differentiation among AI presentation tools depends as much on the models used as on user engagement. Both pieces of content are shared via the company's 𝕏 account.
