FLORA introduces Document Node, the PDF brief as a workflow module
FLORA launches Document Node, a PDF workflow module that connects brand briefs directly to image and video generators like Flux and Veo to ensure AI consistency.
FLORA, a node-based platform dedicated to creative generative workflows (designers, motion designers, advertising teams), adds Document Node to its module catalog. The principle: a PDF dropped onto the canvas becomes a node connectable to any other generation module, whether it's text, image, or video. All downstream outputs then rely on the document's content: brand brief, brand guidelines, specifications, or product catalog.
The approach is similar to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) integrated directly into the node graph, but designed for visual rather than conversational uses. The stated goal is to limit discrepancies between the provided guidelines and the AI outputs (tone, palette, visual identity, product ranges) by avoiding rephrasing instructions with each prompt.
The official demonstration shows the upload of a brief named TARBrand Campaign Assets Brief.pdf, containing the logo, green palette, and mood of the fictional brand Tar. Once the Document node is connected to image generation modules, FLORA produces a series of campaign assets consistent with the brief: retail storefront with giant screens, magazine spread, stadium activation with large-scale branding, and mobile and tablet application mockups for an e-commerce website.
FLORA provides access to over fifty models within a single interface, including Flux, Veo, Kling, and Gemini. Document Node extends a series of recently added modules (Audio Node, Batch Node). The tool is available at app.flora.ai.
