FLORA installs "Forward Deployed Creatives" in client teams
FLORA embeds Forward Deployed Creatives in client teams to bridge the gap between generative AI tools and actual creative workflows.
FLORA is putting a name to a practice she has been conducting for a while: Forward Deployed Creatives. These creatives are embedded directly within the teams of agencies and brands that are adopting generative workflows for the first time.
Their role, as described by the company, is to reduce the main friction in the adoption of creative AI: the gap between what the tool technically allows and how a team actually works, with its briefs, validations, and aesthetic standards. These profiles have themselves practiced the profession, which makes them capable of identifying where workflows break; they support teams on their projects, then relay this feedback directly to product development.
The concept openly adopts the model of Palantir's Forward Deployed Engineers, transposed to the creative field. FLORA makes it less of an after-sales service than a central function, at the intersection of product, community, and go-to-market.
