Fifty-two thousand images judged for a one-hundred-and-seventy-five-thousand-dollar podium

The Reve contest rewards three image creators. The selection criteria and the licensing terms for model training.

Reve unveils the winners of the image contest it had opened. Out of fifty-two thousand submissions, three creators share the prize money: Nora Bereczki takes first place and one hundred thousand dollars, Pietro of Anima Studios second and fifty thousand dollars, and Gaël B third and twenty-five thousand dollars.

The contest was free and open to any Reve account holder of legal age, across all disciplines, from cinematics and illustration to graphic design, concept art, or product visuals. The selection was made by the publisher's creative team, based on four criteria: originality, technical mastery, stylistic range, and impact.

The technical guidelines provided to the participants highlight the tool's priorities. The publisher invited them to leverage its strengths—legible text, fine detail, and high resolution—and to inspect each image before submission, paying close attention to anatomy, textures, and text sharpness. The rules also specify that any submitted image grants Reve a license for use, both for promotion and for training its models.
