ChatGPT: Interactive charts and email sending from the conversation

ChatGPT updates enable interactive charts, full-screen editing, and direct Gmail or Outlook email sending for Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.

The ChatGPT app is receiving a batch of updates and fixes across web, iOS, and Android. The most visible: some responses can now transform into interactive charts—bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, or scatter plots—generated on demand or suggested when a trend or comparison benefits from visualization.

On the web, writing blocks are expanding to long-form content (essays, reports, PRDs, blog posts, notes) with a full-screen editor, an expanded layout, a table of contents for long documents, and the ability to download and save to the Library for later reuse. Conversations with more than five responses also gain a table of contents. With a connected Gmail or Outlook account, the tool drafts an email and allows you to send it without leaving the conversation, currently on the web and for Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.

The rest focuses on user convenience, especially on iOS: editing messages with attachments, on-the-fly model selection via a long press on the send button, auto-correction applied just before sending, immediate preview of attached images, and a simplified interface for logged-out visitors. Meanwhile, Android more clearly indicates when a message has been edited.
