Audio to Transcript: Morphic converts audio into reusable text.
Morphic adds Audio to Transcript to its browser video studio, converting sound files into text to automate storyboards and accelerate multimedia projects.
Morphic adds Audio to Transcript to its video creation studio. The platform runs in the browser around three core components: a generation and editing canvas, a conversational copilot for ideation, and an assembly timeline, Compose, where images, video, and sound are stacked. It already knew how to integrate audio into its sequences; the new function opens the inverse path, converting a sound file (podcast, narration, voice-off) into a text transcript usable directly elsewhere in the tool.
This text becomes raw material: to extract characters, cut scenes into a storyboard, or feed the timeline to accelerate a project. An existing narration or audio episode can thus serve as a starting point for illustrated and animated shots. The function is presented as already available.
