A launchpad for independent artists at Suno
Suno launches Spark, a program offering independent artists funding and support to create tracks while retaining full commercial rights to their music.
With Spark, Suno is launching a program designed for independent artists who want to develop a musical project without giving up their creative or commercial control.
The program offers financial support, marketing assistance, editorial opportunities on Suno, early access to certain tools, credits, as well as guidance from a dedicated partner manager. Selected artists must create between 1 and 12 tracks published on Suno, available for remixing, with Suno integrated into the creative process, even partially. The tracks can also be released on traditional streaming platforms. The key point is ownership: Suno states that artists retain the commercial rights to the tracks created as part of the program, as long as they comply with the platform's terms and conditions.
Spark, therefore, looks less like a label and more like an attempt to foster a native Suno scene—funded, supported, and visible—without claiming control over the catalogs.
