A Dev Playground to pit FLUX models against each other

Black Forest Labs launches a Dev Playground for developers to compare and test FLUX.2 models, including [Klein] and [Pro], without writing any code.

Black Forest Labs is opening a Dev Playground to developers, a web-based space to test its current and upcoming FLUX models without writing any code. The main benefit is direct comparison: the same prompt runs simultaneously on multiple models, highlighting differences in quality and output. API parameters can be adjusted from the interface, so what's tested exactly matches what will be integrated later. For each generation, the tool displays quality, latency, and cost, allowing for informed decisions before production.

The Playground launches with the FLUX.2 family, from the fastest model, [klein], to the production version, [pro], and Black Forest Labs states it will remain aligned with its latest models as new ones are added. These models are not limited to text-to-image generation; they also cover image editing, up to four megapixels and per instruction. Access is available on the publisher's website.
