Pika says it negotiated certain rates directly to reduce the markups commonly charged by API aggregators. The catalog includes Seedance 2.0, MiniMax H3, Kling 3.0, GPT Image 2, Seedream 5.0 Pro, Nano Banana Pro, and several audio models.

Based on pricing tracked by the company, Seedance 2.0 in R2V 480p mode costs approximately $0.0452 per second, compared with $0.084 through fal and $0.36 through the Runway API. MiniMax H3 for 2K text-to-video is listed at $0.13 per second, while GPT Image 2 costs $22.50 per million tokens.

Prices include a 5% platform fee. Pika claims savings of up to 88%, depending on the model and competitor used for comparison, while acknowledging that it is not always the least expensive option.

The API is also designed for use with agents and AI-assisted development tools, with ready-to-use instructions for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Lovable. Separate team plans are available with higher concurrency limits, reserved capacity, and volume-based discounts.
